About Us

Our Mission.

The Fast-Track Pathway (FTP) reflects the most recent recommendations of the “D-FOOT International” and directs the management based on the severity of a patient’s ulcer and the existing comorbidities. It is a simple tool that can easily be used in primary care to support clinicians in the assessment of patients with diabetic foot ulcers and can help to define the individual pathway according to the diabetic foot ulcer severity.
